This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Orynycz.com, including subscriptions (Pro, Max, Ultra), digital downloads (e.g., packing lists), and self-serve online courses.

Subscriptions (Pro, Max, Ultra)

If you’re unsatisfied with any paid plan (Pro, Max, or Ultra), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

Digital downloads and self-serve courses

Because digital downloads and course access are delivered immediately, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and may be denied if the product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.

Email support@orynycz.com with your order information (email used at checkout and/or receipt).

After this window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Refunds may also be subject to the payment provider’s dispute and chargeback rules. We may deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.
